Pricing:
The subscription prices depend on the size of your company (number of full-time equivalents “FTE”).
Explanation & example for the calculation of full-time positions:
The sum of the workloads of all employees equals the number of full-time positions. Here, 100% counts as one full-time position. In concrete terms, this means, for example
- Ten employees work in one organization.
- Of these, two are employed on a 50% workload and eight on a 100% workload.
- This results in the following calculation: 2 x 50% + 8 x 100% = 900% – which in this case corresponds to nine full-time positions.
In addition to the one-off initial costs for commissioning the software (CHF 395.00), only the subscription costs are incurred. New-win does not charge any additional fees for maintenance or operation.

Payment:
It can be billed monthly or annually. If you opt for monthly payment, new-win will bill you conveniently via your credit card. If you pay annually, we can offer you payment on account. You will also receive a 10% discount compared to monthly billing.
