On what basis are the annual subscription fees for the use of the reporting systems calculated?
You do not buy software, but subscribe to a software service. This means that you only pay the subscription fees; there are no initial licenses or annual maintenance. The annual subscription fees are calculated on the basis of full-time equivalents (FTE), minus the number of employees in training (trainees) in an organization.

The reporting systems work on mobile devices thanks to responsive design. No app installation is required.

The reporting systems of new-win met the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). The handling of personal data is contractually regulated within the framework of the new-win data protection provisions.
In which operating modes can the reporting systems be purchased?
• Software as a Service (SaaS): We offer you the operation of the reporting systems in the new-win cloud. • Rental subscription on premise: It is also possible to operate the software on customer-side infrastructure instead of in the cloud.
For which healthcare organizations are the reporting systems suitable?
The reporting systems from new-win are suitable for all organizations in the healthcare sector and are used in large university hospitals, nursing homes, Spitex organizations, and small outpatient facilities such as medical practices. The individual applications can be configured to meet the specific needs of the customers.

What can I do if I have not received an order confirmation?

When will I receive my order confirmation?
Directly after completing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This will include the invoice for the first contract period as well as an explanation of the next steps.
Will I receive an invoice / confirmation of payment?
Yes. After completing the order and at each contract period renewal, you will receive the corresponding invoice by email.
Ho do i calculate the FTE?
The sum of the workloads of all employees results in the number of full-time equivalents. Example: In an organization, 10 employees work. Of these, 2 are employed at a 50% workload. The remaining employees have a 100% workload. Thus, the calculation would be: 2 x 50% + 8 x 100% = 900% – this corresponds to 9 full-time equivalents.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. There are no additional operating, maintenance, or other costs.
What payment options are available?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Monthly rates are paid by credit card. If you choose an annual subscription, you will receive a discount and have the option to pay by invoice. Contact us for invoicing via the contact form or at servicedesk@newwin.ch.
