Requirements for the use of new-win products

new-win accepts no liability for errors, time delays and additional expenses arising from failure to meet the requirements described below. Should the system requirements change significantly for you during the current contract, we will inform you accordingly. SaaS
With the SaaS model, the software is operated in the provider’s cloud. To ensure that the software can be used without any obstacles, the following points should be observed on the client side:
- Use a current version (not older than the penultimate version) of the following Internet browsers: MS Edge, Chrome, Mozilla, Safari
- Users should have Office 2016 or newer installed.
Prerequisite for the additional SSO (Single Sign-on) function:
To be able to use AD/AAD as an identity provider, the following requirements must be met:
- Azure Active Directory or AD FS on Windows Server 2016 TP4 (or newer) available
- “AD connection” module solved for cloud application
The cloud products from new-win support the connection of an identity provider via OpenID Connect.
On Premise
If our solution is to be operated on your infrastructure (on premise), the following requirements must be met, otherwise it will not be possible to successfully install and update the software.
- Windows Server 2016 or higher
- MS SQL 2017 Express or higher
(database can also be installed on a cluster) - At least 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended)
If the SQL server is installed on the same server, then 8 GB RAM

- For external access outside the company network, the technical requirements must be met. This means that IT must allow external access and configure the server infrastructure accordingly. It should also be ensured that there are no conflicts with other applications. Unusual workarounds, such as port changes, should also be avoided.
