H-CIRS and H-VIGILANCE at REHAB Basel
At REHAB Basel, we have been using new-win's H-CIRS system for the electronic recording of our CIRS reports since 2015. This system has enabled us to document and discuss all cases centrally and to present the evaluations to both management and employees on an annual basis. The application is so well implemented that it is accepted by our employees as a natural part of our reporting systems and can be used effortlessly. Based on the good experience, we additionally expanded our feedback management with H-VIGILANZ in 2018. Since then, it has been possible for all employees to record vigilance reports, which are then efficiently processed by those responsible and transmitted directly from the system to Swissmedic. We really appreciate the fact that everything is documented in one place and that the form can be easily supplemented and sent.We would particularly like to highlight the dedicated support of new-win during the reconfiguration in 2019. Their competent advice and support ensured that the transition went absolutely smoothly. Thanks to new-win, we have a system that is not only efficient and user-friendly, but has also earned our trust and satisfaction. It has significantly improved our workflows and shown us how valuable a reliable partner is.
Introduction of H-CIRS in the Spitex Region Birs
So far, we have not recorded and evaluated errors according to uniform criteria, and a tool that would have made the collected reports transparently accessible to all employees was missing. With the introduction of H-CIRS from new-win as an innovative online solution, we have finally found an answer to this problem. The system enables our employees to record incidents easily and without a cumbersome login, both on the tour and in the office. The public case list is particularly well received, as it enables a transparent presentation and follow-up of the case – even if reported anonymously. We experienced the introduction together with our partner Spitex as a great success, the joint use of the same system facilitates inter-company cooperation and improves the use of synergies. The competent advice and support from new-win enabled a smooth and efficient implementation process and contributed significantly to the success of the project – for which we would like to express our sincere thanks. We are convinced that H-CIRS will sustainably improve our defect management and increase the quality of our work. This is for the benefit of our clients.
H-FEEDBACK for PatBox.ch
For PatBox.ch, the new reporting platform for patients and relatives, we were looking for an IT solution that would enable not only the collection, but also the categorization and evaluation of reports. Since the reports contain sensitive data, a trustworthy provider with servers in Switzerland was particularly important to us. We chose the H-FEEDBACK tool from new-win SW Solutions AG. The Swiss company specialises in reporting systems in the healthcare sector. It was therefore obvious that we wanted to benefit from this proven experience for PatBox.ch as well. We are very satisfied with the project implementation and support and appreciate the friendly customer support.
Introduction of H-REPORT in Psychiatrie St.Gallen
As a multi-site psychiatric hospital, we were faced with the challenge of finding a system that would allow us to collect all feedback centrally in one place and manage it efficiently. With H-REPORT from new-win, which integrates the modules H-IDEE with voting, H-FEEDBACK and H-CIRS, we have found a comprehensive solution that has significantly improved our operations. Thanks to the implementation of H-REPORT, our employees can not only collect feedback, but also contribute it anonymously themselves and thus actively participate in the improvement of our processes. With the idea voting, they can participate directly in decision-making processes and help shape them in a well-founded way. Particularly noteworthy is the adaptability of the application according to customer feedback. The cooperation with new-win was consistently positive. The professionalism and commitment of the new-win team contributed significantly to the success of the project. We are very satisfied with the results and appreciate the long-standing partnership-based cooperation.
Introduction of H-CIRS and H-FEEDBACK at Spitex RegioWittenbach
Our Spitex had the CIRS system on paper, which meant that it was only available at the base and, in addition to administrative effort, evaluation and exchange with other organizations were difficult. In addition, falls of clients could not be systematically recorded. With the introduction of H-CIRS and H-FEEDBACK from new-win as well as H-FEEDBACK form templates as a basis, a system could be set up that is directly accessible to all employees at any time via mobile devices.New-win configured the system for us and adapted the questionnaires individually. The direct exchange with new-win employees and the practical tips have led to a quick and easy introduction of the digital solution, with which we are very satisfied.
H-CIRS Community: the suitable network solution for Spitex Kantonalverband Luzern
In 2023, our Spitex Cantonal Association Lucerne decided to support its members in the use of the CIRS error reporting system with CIRS software. The focus was primarily on small and medium-sized Spitex organisations that did not yet have a digital CIRS tool in use. With the H-CIRS Community application, new-win was able to offer us an optimal integrated solution that enabled the participating organizations to introduce an easy-to-use web-based CIRS reporting system. This shared, networked solution enables organizations to share knowledge and information around CIRS events, to exchange information with each other and thus to learn from each other. An important component of the community solution is a common reporting portal where all employees can report CIRS events anonymously. The reports are then assigned directly to the appropriate organizations for case processing. The configuration and implementation of the CIRS joint solution was carried out in close cooperation with new-win's project management, which always responded to all our requirements and questions in an extremely competent, timely and uncomplicated manner. Since March 2024, the H-CIRS Community solution has now been successfully in operational use by 9 organisations of our Spitex Cantonal Association Lucerne. The experience we have been able to gain so far has been consistently positive. New-win is our trusted and reliable partner that we can rely on at all times.
Introduction of H-FEEDBACK at the Altersheim Im Ris
Following the rapid and successful introduction of H-CIRS at our Im Ris retirement home, we also opted for the H-Feedback module. This flexible tool allows us to obtain feedback and ideas from residents, relatives, guests and employees in a simple, low-threshold and targeted manner or to record them ourselves. We can also increasingly digitize internal workflows with H-FEEDBACK. Thanks to the uniform management of measures, we do not lose track of many tasks. What we particularly appreciate about new-win is the reliability of the software and support as well as the active use of our customer feedback for continuous improvement and expansion of the system functions.
H-CIRS Starter for Apotheke Ryser AG
In our pharmacy, we attach great importance to providing our customers with the best possible pharmaceutical care and support on a daily basis. In order to continuously improve the quality of our services, we have decided to introduce a CIRS reporting system. With the product H-CIRS Starter from new-win, we have found the perfect solution. H-CIRS Starter is a web-based, electronic reporting and learning system that is self-explanatory in use and could therefore be introduced easily and very quickly in our company. In addition, with H-CIRS Starter, we also meet the requirement for OKP approval in accordance with Art. 58g KVV, paragraph c: "You have a suitable internal reporting and learning system and, if one exists, have joined a uniform network for reporting adverse events throughout Switzerland." The cooperation with new-win was extremely professional and efficient. Just a few days after we signed the contract, H-CIRS Starter, with access to the national CIRRNET database, was ready for use and our CIRS reporting system was available in the pharmacy. We are convinced that H-CIRS Starter makes a valuable contribution to safety and quality in our pharmacy and look forward to continuing our cooperation with new-win.
