Our history
new-win AG was founded in 2001 by Beat Fankhauser (Software Solutions) and Kurt Fricker (Network). The company has been located at the premises at Tramstrasse 7 in Suhr since its inception. When the company was split on January 1, 2016, the network division was spun off into new-win Networks AG. As part of the spin-off, the software development division and the associated hosting and cloud services remained in the existing public limited company. This company has since been called new-win SW Solutions AG. new-win SW Solutions AG is experiencing continuous growth. Its customer base now includes over 150 companies from Switzerland and Germany.

Initially, new-win SW Solutions AG specialized in individual CIRS solutions (Critical Incident Reporting System) and other individual developments for hospitals. Gradually, the range was expanded to include other quality management tools. These include a process management solution, a document control system and risk management software. In the meantime, we have also continuously developed our reporting systems and offer you a survey and feedback tool as well as an employee idea tool in addition to the classic CIRS.
