As new-win SW Solutions AG, we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. For this reason, you will find below information about personal data that we collect and may store when you visit www.newwin.ch. Protecting the privacy of our visitors is important to us, so we will not share personal information with third-party service providers under any circumstances.
Cookies and web beacons
We use cookies on our website (e.g. Google Analytics cookies) to measure information about the use and reach of our website. This is done on the basis of a legitimate interest (optimisation of our online offer and the associated user experience) within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. Based on information stored with cookies, we may, among other things, display pop-up messages once during your visit or manage login functionalities to access certain content.
You can disable or allow/block the use of cookies from our website and/or third-party providers at any time in your browser settings. The following link describes in detail how you can disable cookies in your browser: https://de.wikihow.com/Cookies-deaktivieren. In addition, various programs (e.g. Norton Internet Security) also offer settings for managing cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may mean that you will no longer be able to use certain functions of our (and other) sites to the same extent.

Google Analytics
On www.newwin.ch, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies (see above). The information generated in this way about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
However, if IP anonymization is activated, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. IP anonymization is active on www.newwin.ch. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile aggregated reports on user activity on our website and to provide other related services to us. For more information about how Google uses cookies and what information they collect, you can visit the following pages: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/cookies/ or https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
You can deactivate the use of Google Analytics at any time by installing a simple browser addon. The addon can be found under the following
Link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/?hl=de.
By default, in accordance with Art. 5 (1) (e) GDPR, all user- and event-level data linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) and advertising IDs (e.g. DoubleClick cookies) will be deleted from Google Analytics after 26 months since the last activity of the corresponding user.
Hubspot
Hubspot, a service of the American Hubspot Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Hubspot”), is also used on www.newwin.ch for analysis and communication purposes. Hubspot uses web beacons and cookies to help us analyze your use of this website. In concrete terms, this means that when you contact us, download a white paper, register for an event or submit another form integrated from Hubspot, your activities on this website are assigned to your cookie and thus enable an in-depth analysis of your website usage (e.g. pages visited, date and time of accesses, completed forms, downloaded documents). In addition, we will send you requested digital resources (e.g. white papers) for some forms by e-mail. In this way, we can tailor the user experience on the website as well as external communication even better to your needs.
As already mentioned, you can deactivate or individually allow/block the use of cookies by this website or third-party providers at any time in your browser settings. How to do this is described in the Cookies and Web Beacons section (see above).
Hubspot is certified under both the EU and Swiss-American Privacy Shield and thus ensures adequate data protection. Comprehensive information on how Hubspot handles the collected data and how it is protected can be found in Hubspot’s privacy policy .
Whitepaper and contact forms
On our website, we offer all visitors the opportunity to contact us via a contact form or to order specific white papers using a form. When using the relevant forms, personal information such as name, e-mail address and the corresponding communications are collected and stored. On the basis of our legitimate interests (combating spam and processing user requests) within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, we use this information to process incoming inquiries and orders or to filter spam entries.
Google Adwords
Our website uses Google conversion tracking. If you access www.new-win.ch via an ad placed by Google, Google Adwords will place a cookie on your computer. These cookies expire after a predefined period of time and are not used for personal identification. If you revisit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that you have clicked on an ad and have been redirected by it. Cookies vary depending on the customer, but everyone gets their own. The conversion cookie tells us the total number of users who clicked on an ad and were redirected to a corresponding page. However, we do not receive any personal information so that you could be identified as a user. If you do not want tracking, you can set a Do Not Track cookie or set your browser to block cookies from the domain “googleleadservices.com”.
Collection of access data and log files
On the basis of our legitimate interests (ensuring the proper operation of the website) within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, we collect data about access to the server on which our website is located (so-called server log files). These log files store information such as the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type (incl. version), the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. Log file information is collected for security reasons (e.g. to investigate acts of abuse or fraud) and stored for as long as this is useful or necessary for evidentiary purposes.
