H-CIRS and H-VIGILANCE at REHAB Basel

At REHAB Basel, we have been using new-win's H-CIRS system for electronically recording our CIRS reports since 2015. This system has enabled us to centrally document and discuss all cases and present the evaluations annually to both management and employees. The application is so well implemented that our employees have accepted it as a natural part of our reporting systems and use it effortlessly. Based on our positive experience, we expanded our feedback management system with H-VIGILANZ in 2018. Since then, all employees have been able to record vigilance reports, which are then efficiently processed by the responsible staff and sent directly from the system to Swissmedic. We greatly appreciate that everything is documented in one place and that the form can be easily completed and sent. We would particularly like to emphasize the dedicated support provided by new-win during the reconfiguration in 2019. Their competent advice and support ensured that the transition went absolutely smoothly. Thanks to new-win, we have a system that is not only efficient and user-friendly, but has also earned our trust and satisfaction. It has significantly improved our workflows and shown us the value of having a reliable partner.
