Introduction of H-FEEDBACK at the Altersheim Im Ris

After the rapid and successful introduction of H-CIRS at our Altersheim Im Ris, we also decided to implement the H-Feedback module. This flexible tool allows us to easily, accessibly, and purposefully collect feedback and ideas from residents, relatives, guests, and employees or record them ourselves. We can also increasingly digitize internal workflows with H-FEEDBACK. Thanks to the unified action management, we don't lose track of many tasks. What we particularly appreciate about new-win is the reliability of the software and support, as well as the active use of our customer feedback for continuous improvement and expansion of system functions.
