Introduction of H-REPORT in Psychiatrie St.Gallen

As a multi-site psychiatric hospital, we were faced with the challenge of finding a system that would allow us to collect all feedback centrally in one place and manage it efficiently. With H-REPORT from new-win, which integrates the modules H-IDEE with voting, H-FEEDBACK and H-CIRS, we have found a comprehensive solution that has significantly improved our operations. Thanks to the implementation of H-REPORT, our employees can not only collect feedback, but also contribute it anonymously themselves and thus actively participate in the improvement of our processes. With the idea voting, they can participate directly in decision-making processes and help shape them in a well-founded way.
