Introduction of H-CIRS and H-FEEDBACK at Spitex RegioWittenbach

Our Spitex had the CIRS system on paper, which meant it was only available at the base, and in addition to the administrative effort, evaluation and exchange with other organizations were difficult. Moreover, client falls could not be systematically recorded. With the introduction of H-CIRS and H-FEEDBACK from new-win, as well as H-FEEDBACK form templates as a foundation, we were able to establish a system that is accessible to all employees at any time directly via mobile devices.
