H-CIRS Community: the suitable network solution for Spitex Kantonalverband Luzern

In 2023, our Spitex Kantonalverband Luzern decided to support its members in the application of the CIRS error reporting system with CIRS software. The focus was primarily on small and medium-sized Spitex organizations that did not yet have a digital CIRS tool in place. With the H-CIRS Community application, new-win was able to offer us an optimal network solution that enabled the participating organizations to introduce an easy-to-use web-based CIRS reporting system. This shared, networked solution allows organizations to share knowledge and information about CIRS events, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. An important component of the community solution is a common reporting portal where all employees can report CIRS events anonymously. The reports are then directly assigned to the relevant organizations for case management. The configuration and introduction of the CIRS network solution was carried out in close cooperation with the project management of new-win, which always responded to all our requirements and questions in an extremely competent, timely, and straightforward manner. Since March 2024, the H-CIRS Community solution has been successfully operational in 9 organizations of our Spitex Cantonal Association of Lucerne. The experiences we have gathered so far have been consistently positive. New-win is our trusted and reliable partner, on whom we can always rely.
