Introduction of H-CIRS in the Spitex Region Birs

Until now, we have not recorded and evaluated errors according to uniform criteria, and we lacked a tool that would have made the collected reports transparently accessible to all employees. With the introduction of H-CIRS from new-win as an innovative online solution, we have finally found an answer to this problem. The system enables our employees to record incidents easily and without cumbersome login both on the tour and in the office. The public case list is particularly well received, as it allows for transparent presentation and follow-up of the case – even in the case of anonymous reporting. The introduction, together with our partner Spitex, was a great success; the joint use of the same system facilitates inter-company collaboration and improves the utilization of synergies. The competent advice and support from new-win enabled a smooth and efficient implementation process and significantly contributed to the success of the project – for this, we would like to express our sincere thanks. We are convinced that H-CIRS will sustainably improve our error management and increase the quality of our work, for the benefit of our clients.
