Introduction of H-CIRS in the Spitex Region Birs

So far, we have not recorded and evaluated errors according to uniform criteria, and a tool that would have made the collected reports transparently accessible to all employees was missing. With the introduction of H-CIRS from new-win as an innovative online solution, we have finally found an answer to this problem. The system enables our employees to record incidents easily and without a cumbersome login, both on the tour and in the office. The public case list is particularly well received, as it enables a transparent presentation and follow-up of the case – even if reported anonymously. We experienced the introduction together with our partner Spitex as a great success, the joint use of the same system facilitates inter-company cooperation and improves the use of synergies. The competent advice and support from new-win enabled a smooth and efficient implementation process and contributed significantly to the success of the project – for which we would like to express our sincere thanks. We are convinced that H-CIRS will sustainably improve our defect management and increase the quality of our work. This is for the benefit of our clients.
