You do not purchase software, but subscribe to a software service. Therefore, you only pay the subscription fees, there are no initial licenses or annual maintenance costs. The annual subscription fees are calculated based on the full-time equivalents (FTE), minus the trainees (apprentices) of an organization.
Do the reporting systems meet the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA)?
The reporting systems of new-win met the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). The handling of personal data is contractually regulated within the framework of the new-win data protection provisions.

Directly after completing the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. This will include the invoice for the first contract period as well as an explanation of the next steps.
Will I receive an invoice / confirmation of payment?
Yes. After completing the order and at each contract period renewal, you will receive the corresponding invoice by email.
Ho do i calculate the FTE?
The sum of the workloads of all employees results in the number of full-time equivalents. Example: In an organization, 10 employees work. Of these, 2 are employed at a 50% workload. The remaining employees have a 100% workload. Thus, the calculation would be: 2 x 50% + 8 x 100% = 900% – this corresponds to 9 full-time equivalents.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. There are no additional operating, maintenance, or other costs.
What payment options are available?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Monthly rates are paid by credit card. If you choose an annual subscription, you will receive a discount and have the option to pay by invoice. Contact us for invoicing via the contact form or at servicedesk@newwin.ch.
What can I do if my payment has not been processed?
